One platform - many solutions
Our Winspect® system for hauling- and track rope inspection is designed to handle the common challenges of different types of ropeways. Due to
its small size, the system could easily placed on either side of the station
entrance of the valley, middle or mountain station for the inspection the
hauling ropes.
The Winspect® shows its advantages particularly in the inspection of track ropes on narrow-gauge aerial ropeways. The additional illumination, which can be opened via the software, allows the inspection of track ropes by passing over towers and rope riders with a lifting device.

Your advantages of our system
Since 2009, the Winspect® rope inspection device has been used to visually inspect your ropes software-supported, quickly and safely. We have taken many inspiration from our customers and service providers to heart and developed a new generation of the Winspect® rope inspection device:
Small and handy design
Good detectability with color cameras
Suitable for narrow gauge aerial tramways
Our added value
Our inspection system Winspect® can be mounted quickly, securely and adjusted using permanently installed mounting fixtures. Within a few minutes, the inspection system is ready for use. The inspection is independent of ambient light and can thus take place before or after operation of your daily business. Due to our high recording speed of max. 2.5 m/s, the inspection is fast and requires little effort.

Documentation
The rope conditions are digitally documented, so any surface changes can be traced over the entire lifecycle of the rope. For example, the lay lengths and diameters of the complete rope are measured and are available in a detailed report.

Bayerische Zugspitzbahn Bergbahn, Germany
One of our longest reference customers. At Germany's highest mountain, traction and haulage ropes have already been inspected with the Winspect® rope inspection device since 2009. Rope testing thus replaces visual inspection by eye. The company is thus demonstrating its innovative pioneering role. The "world champion" Zugspitzbahn is also inspected with the Winspect device.
Marcus Liebscher, Operations Manager of the Kreuzeckbahn:
„Due to the ease of use of the device, it is now used on eight of our lifts for monthly rope inspections“

Engadin St.Moritz, Swizerland
Thanks to the Winspect® rope inspection system, ropeway specialists can carry out most of the visual rope inspection in the office. They manage this work mainly during bad weather conditions or to bridge off-peak periods. Currently, the ropes of all ropeways that are in operation during the summer are inspected with the new inspection system. With the funicular "St. Moritz Dorf-Chantarella" we have started into the new "rope testing age". We are delighted that the world's number one vacation destination in the mountains has chosen us.

Walmendingerhornbahn, Austria
Since fall 2011, optical rope inspection has also been carried out on the Nebelhorn using the Winspect® rope inspection device. The new, modern 2S Nebelhorn lift is also inspected with our testing device. We thank you for the long and good cooperation. The mountains around Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal, such as the Fellhorn and Walmendingerhorn, as well as the modern D-line lifts on the Ifen, are also digitally visually inspected. The newly built runways on the family mountain Söllereck will also be analyzed digitally in the future.
