Winspect GmbH respects your right to the protection of personal data, which is enshrined in the relevant statutory provisions on data protection. The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. As the controller, the Winspect GmbH has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The processing and use of this data by Winspect GmbH is in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act in its current version and the EU Directive 95-46-EC Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter DSGVO).

Any identified or identifiable natural person whose personal data are processed by the controller are hereinafter referred to as “data subject”.

Cookies

The Internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to the computer of the person concerned and do not contain any viruses. Collection of general data and information

The website of the Winspect GmbH collects a series of general data and information with each call-up of the website by a data subject or automated system. This general data and information is stored in the server log files. The following data may be collected: (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system accesses our website (so-called referrer URL), (4) the sub-websites that are accessed via an accessing system on our website, (5) the date and time of access to the website, (6) the Internet service provider of the accessing system and (7) other similar data and information that serve to avert danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

When using these general data and information, Boll Automation GmbH does not draw any conclusions about the data subject. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

 

Contact options

Based on statutory provisions, the website of Winspect GmbH contains information that enables a quick electronic contact to our enterprise, as well as direct communication with us, which also includes a general address of the so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If a data subject contacts the controller by e-mail or by using a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the data subject will be stored automatically. Such personal data transmitted on a voluntary basis by a data subject to the controller will be stored for the purposes of processing or contacting the data subject. This personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Winspect GmbH informs at regular intervals by means of newsletters about product information, services and events. The newsletter is sent using the e-mail tool Work4all (work4all GmbH, Max-Planck-Str. 6-8, 50858 Cologne, Germany).

Newsletters can generally only be received if the data subject has a valid e-mail address and has registered for the newsletter service via the contact form (double opt-in procedure). To receive our newsletter, it is sufficient to provide the e-mail address. Additional information about the data subject is only used to personalize the newsletter, but is not mandatory.

The subscription to the newsletter can be terminated by the data subject at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter or at any time by sending an e-mail to info@winspect.info. The deletion of the data subject’s contact data will take place within 48 hours after receipt of the unsubscription.

 

Routine deletion and blocking of personal data.

The controller processes and stores personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage or where provided for by the European Directive and Regulation or other legislator in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject.

If the storage purpose ceases to apply or if a storage period prescribed by the European Directive and Regulation Maker or another competent legislator expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions, provided that they are no longer required for the performance of the contract or the initiation of the contract.

 

Data subject rights

Every data subject has the right to information (Art. 15 DSGVO), the right to rectification (Art.16 DSGVO), the right to erasure (Art.17 DSGVO), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO), the right to data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO). As well as the right to object (Art. 21 DSGVO). With regard to the right to information and the right to erasure, the restrictions according to §§ 34 and 35 BDSG apply. In addition, there is a right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO in conjunction with § 19 BDSG).

 

Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the European Directive and Regulation Maker to revoke consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

If the data subject wishes to exercise the right to withdraw the consent, he or she may, at any time, contact our data protection officer or another employee of the controller.

 

Data protection declaration for the use of Matomo

On this website, data is collected and stored using the web analytics service software Matomo (www.matomo.org), a service of the provider InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, (“Mataomo”) based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. Pseudonymized user profiles can be created and evaluated from this data for the same purpose. Cookies can be used for this purpose. The data collected using Matomo technology (including your pseudonymized IP address) is processed on our servers.

The information generated by the cookie in the pseudonymous user profile is not used to personally identify the visitor to this website and is not merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.

If the data subject does not consent to the storage and analysis of his or her data from his or her visit, then the data subject can object to the storage and use at any time by clicking on the mouse below. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie is stored in the browser of the data subject, with the result that Matomo does not collect any session data. The data subject must note that the complete deletion of his or her cookies will result in the opt-out cookie also being deleted and may have to be reactivated by the data subject.

 

Amendment of the privacy policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The use of a data subject’s data is subject to the then-current version, which can be accessed at www.winspect.de/de/datenschutz/index.html. If we make material changes, we will notify data subjects through our Services or otherwise so that you have an opportunity to review the changes and, if appropriate, exercise your right to object.
